1. Start with a drawing

Provide a dimensioned drawing or sample reference. Mark critical dimensions, tolerances and the function of the part.

2. Describe the material needs

State your preferred material, hardness, colour and the environment in which the component will be used. Tell us which requirements are fixed and which need discussion.

3. Include your quantities

Share the expected order quantity and whether you require samples or recurring orders. Discuss any tooling and sample arrangements with our team.

4. Agree the final requirements

Confirm the drawing revision, material, dimensions, packaging and any documentation required before production.
